LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF
For approximately 15 out of the 30 years I have been in this field, I have been self-employed and assisting individuals and companies with their administrative and accounting needs out of my fully equipped home-based office.
My goal is to give people more time to focus on other important things in their life, which varies for each.
I am loyal, dependable, trustworthy, organized, energetic and confidentiality is assured.
Every office and household is unique. I cater to personal needs and budgets. I am flexible and willing to take on permanent or short-term assignments. I work with each client to make sure the situation is suitable to all. My rates are reasonable, I pick up and deliver materials as needed and I am always a phone call or email away.
My experience includes but is not limited to: performing all financial duties for individual parties and companies; constructing and maintaining Quicken, Quickbooks and Quickbooks Pro records; setting up accounts and paying bills online; composing correspondence; data entry, communicating with associates and customers regularly via telephone and/or email; scheduling appointments and travel arrangements; creating and updating databases and spreadsheets; preparing and submitting editorial material to appear in newspapers and magazines; producing newsletters for mailings and handling a variety of other tasks that develop along the way that need to be fulfilled to manage a business or household office successfully.
