ABOUT ME

LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF

For approximately 23 years out of the 38 years I have been in this field I have been self-employed and assisting individuals and companies out of my fully equipped home-based office.

My goal is to give people more time to focus on other important things in their life, which varies for each. 

I am loyal, dependable, trustworthy, organized, energetic and confidentiality is assured.

Every office and household is unique. I cater to personal needs and budgets. I am flexible and willing to take on permanent or short-term assignments. I work with each client to ensure that the situation is suitable to all.  My rates are reasonable, I pick up and deliver materials as needed and I am always a phone call, text or email away.

 

 

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

My experience includes but is not limited to: performing all financial duties for individual parties and companies; constructing and maintaining Quickbooks; Quickbooks Pro and Quickbooks online; setting up online banking accounts and paying bills through the bank's website; composing correspondence; data entry, creating and updating databases and spreadsheets; marketing to introduce new companies or help increase business for ones already established; starting up new offices; organizing household and business moves and taking care of all details from start to finish; assisting with special projects; scheduling repairs or appointments, researching travel prices and securing plans, assist with property managing and event and/or wedding planning. I have also prepared and submitted editorial material to appear in newspapers and magazines; produced newsletters for mailings and I am a Notary Public.

In short, I have extensive experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, property manager and bookkeeper. I cater to everyone's individual needs in order for their business or household office to run smoothly and successfully.
